Let's you I talking about the Star Ocean 4 what

The party's around level 130 now aka the weak mooks in the Wandering Dungeon still randomly wipe the floor with us when they get lucky. They also take way too long to die so my favorite thing to do is activate Berserk and run in spamming Dragon Roar left and right. I can afford to do that. You know why? Convert. Easily the most useful skill in the entire game for WD.

I am super picky about parties, so for some bizarre reason I have them split up into relatively equal "teams"; when one team is about 2-3 levels above the other, I switch all four characters out. It's a little easier than my equally anal tendency to try and keep everyone at the same level, with the same amount of experience so they all level up at the same time yeah that's wayyy too much. So it's split with Arumat, Bacchus, Edge and Sarah on one team (A), and Meracle, Reimi, Lymle and Myuria on the other (B). Myuria got Faerie Star.

At any rate, I only thought they were equal. I just realized that (A) has all the people who know Convert (and can make use of it), Cure Condition, and Symbolic Weapon. So (B) is constantly running out of MP and eat up blackberries like crazy. Myuria and Sarah can't be together, and neither can Arumat and Meracle. I like Myuria and Lymle to stay together because Myuria likes to hit things instead of healing like she's supposed to (I really don't get that). I tried switching Edge with Lymle, but everyone died because Myuria is stupid. But it would really save me a lot of vile goops if I could just... cast Symbolic Weapon instead.

Also, Symbolic Weapon sounds really gross. I know you get it from apparently smearing Vile Goop all over your weapon, but what is it apparently symbolizing? Does that... vile goop, mean something? Is it some deviant, sexual reference? I mean, Edge is the only one who can cast it...

I should just calm down and use whoever, but I have always been super anal about leveling everybody relatively equally, and I really don't like getting stuck with like, Sarah, Myuria, Bacchus and Edge at the same time because let's be honest, none of those are really big damage-dealers.

Armaros Manifest II wasn't exactly the most difficult thing ever, but it was tedious and I forgot to set Meracle's BEAT back to S so that really caused problems every time I blindsided. We used like 10 resurrection units, it was really kind of sad. Actually, the Bloodtails almost gave me more trouble after AMII itself was dead, I have no idea why. That was pretty sad too.

We didn't find any Philosopher's Stones but I was getting tired of playing by then and didn't want to troll around looking for them. Besides, we didn't find any of the special equipment in the previous floors so we'd have to play again. Also I should probably make fol before going, so I can find Santa and buy Tri-Emblems.

Anyways.
