Jul. 12th, 2013 06:11 amEloy is getting bizarre again. My current status is such that I just feel like throwing up my hands and saying "whatever, I don't want to deal with you right now." I think he thinks I have a problem with him. You know, maybe I was having an off day. The only people I feel like talking to are the ones who don't stress me out.
My mom told me to pay her back next month, so I'm going to see if I can get a bike next week, because taking the bus is often inconvenient for small errands like going to the post office. Also I don't have any reliable way to get home quickly from work after buses stop running. Craig apparently has an obsession with bikes or something, he has 3, used to have 4.
I cut off my fingertip and Nate Beaver was like, "Just like old times!" Because I cut my finger on my first day, and he helped me bandage it then too. I even took the same seat at the bar. Not looking forward to the recovery time though. I changed the bandage this morning and there's blood showing through it already.
Fernando showed me how to cut some fish. It's nothing more than just "I know Jaison wants you to learn this stuff soon so check this shit out" kind of a thing but it's always cool when these guys actually want to show me something. Fernando is one slow muthafucka but I just can't hold it against him.
As for everyone else, getting real tired of being the only one who cares, being the only one who wants things to go well. If I didn't put shipment away, I think people would just shove it in a corner and wait for me to get there. Motherfuckers. I lost my patience and just put the frozen chicken in the walk-in because GUESS WHAT, BUSY! Lots of things to do! Priorities. Someone else put it in the walk-in, but I doubt he rotated it with the chicken we got last week. On Wednesday, I found they just stacked Tuesday's shipment inside the walk-in. Really?? Getting real annoyed by this bullshit. Maybe once I'm in the financial clear I'll ask Jaison for time off just so they can deal with being an actual part of the operation here.
